Handling Data Conflicts

One of the imperatives of vizrm is, that it integrates completely in your CRM, making the CRM your single source of truth holding all the viable data.

However, we also want to offer the capability to use vizrm for Pipedrive to people who do not carry admin rights in Pipedrive. We do so by making the storage for “manager” Information configurable (see this article for details).

However, in some cases this may lead to situations where one user already created account-charts when the admin enables the full Pipedrive integration. In this case, vizrm will display a warning that there are two “sources of truth” at the moment when you open the respective account.

You can toggle between both versions to compare them and select the version which you think displays the most accurate version of the truth.
Hitting the “save” button, vizrm will store the currently displayed chart to Pipedrive and it for this account going forward.
